Upcoming Period Romance Drama movie Rangoon Starring Shahid Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan directed by Vishal Bharadwaj is love triangle during Second World War. The Film was earlier titled Julia, and also was to be shot immediately after OMKARA in 2006, But there was some unknown reasons for the delay of the movie.
The shooting of Rangoon started in November 2015 in Arunachal Pradesh, The screenplay of the movie is done by Matthew Roberts, who has previously done Saat Khoon Maaf for Vishal.
Rangoon is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banners Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, VB Pictures, UTV Motion Pictures. The movie is scheduled to release on September 30 2016. The movie also leads Kangana Ranaut romancing with Shahid and Saif.
