Thala Ajith’s much awaited film Aata Arrambam is  a action thriller movie. Being directed by Vishnuvardhan, the movie Aata Aarambam has Ajith Kumar, Arya, Nayanthara and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles while music is being scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

This movie is very important for both Ajith and Vishnuvardhan to make a mark in telugu as their last movies Billa 2 and Panja failed at the box office.

Story :

The movie starts with a huge bomb blast in Mumbai and Ajith will be introduced. After the introduction song of Ajith the movie take’s a turn where Arya, Tapasee and Nayanthara will be introduced. Arya meets his collage friend Nayanthara in the airport and while they are talking Arya say’s about his girl friend taapsee to Nayanthara . while both of them are in a converstion they will be kidnapped by a gang. With all these scenes the first half of the movie turns out to be very intresting for the audience and makes them involved in the movie . In the first half of the movie  Ajith will be shown in a negative character, who is a gangster and don’t care about anyone.

In the second half, the movie moves in to a flash back , which tells about the real story of Ajith. Why did he become a gangster? For what he is doing all these crimes? etc. After this sentimental flashback the movie turns up into an action thriller with punch dialogues, action sequences and unexpected twists. Technical Aspects :-

Director Vishnuvardhan, has done his best to keep the audience in their seats for maximum time. Though the movie lacks pace some times, with good sreenplay Vishnuvardhan sucsedded in making the audience to sit in their seats . Yuvan’s Back ground music is not as good as in Mankatha and Billa , but still he made the action sequences intresting .The stunt choreographers, have to be given the credit for all  the action scenes. Importantly the climax fight  and the boat chase are choreographed very well.

Plus Points :-
Thala Ajith carries the movie on his shoulders though the movie has many Loopholes. Arya has done justice to his role. Rana is a surprise package for the telugu audience and he did his best . Both heroines have nothing much to do but , Nayantara looks very gorgeous and takes the attention of audience. Screenplay is the backbone for the movie. Title song is shot well & it is gives Goosebumps to Ajith fans .

Minus Points :-
BGM is not up to the mark . second half slows up a bit.  As this is a typical tamil movie , we have to wait and see whether the telugu audience will receive it or not .

FINAL Verdict  :

Aata Aarambam is a well packed entertainer which deals with good screenplay, characterization and excellent cinematography . Though the first half has some very good moments , second half lacks pace in it . Finally, Aata Aarambam turns out to be a one time watchable movie .
